Manor Road Quarter will be delivered in three phases with work on Phase 1 starting in autumn 2020.

 

It is anticipated that this phase will be completed in late 2023. Phase 1 will provide 355 homes, of which 50% will be affordable housing.

 

Information on Phases 2 and 3 will be provided at a later date as Phase 1 progresses.
