The English Cities Fund is a joint venture set up by three partners – Homes England, Legal & General and Muse Developments.

We commit to our partners for the long term, but deliver at pace. Since 2001, we’ve delivered some of the country's most complex and successful urban regeneration projects.

We're proud to have taken on large, challenging sites in Liverpool, London, Plymouth, Salford and Wakefield and created inspiring new places in the heart of these cities. Manor Road Quarter is merely the latest in a long line of major, complex and change-making regeneration projects we have worked on across the country.

Metropolitan Thames Valley provides housing at different levels of affordability for people living in London, the South East, East Midlands and East of England. We are a partnership, established in October 2018, to bring together likeminded housing associations Metropolitan and Thames Valley Housing.

We are proud to be entering into an agreement to be the affordable housing provider funding the delivery of the 177 affordable homes within Phase 1 at Manor Road Quarter.

A member of the National Housing Federation and the G15 – which represents London’s largest housing associations – we represent our communities and influence policy for the benefits of our customers and the wider sector.

Morgan Sindall Construction are part of Morgan Sindall Group, a UK construction and regeneration group. We provide services in construction, infrastructure, fit out, property services, partnership housing, and urban regeneration.

We focus on well-established core strengths of construction and regeneration in the UK – working in the public, regulated and private sectors, and across multiple industries.

As the lead contractor working on Manor Road Quarter, we look forward to being able to contribute to this transformational regeneration project.

The Greater London Authority (GLA) is the devolved government body for London, comprising both the Mayor of London and the London Assembly.

Since 2022, the GLA has been based near Canning Town, in The Crystal at the Royal Docks.

The GLA was the landowner for Phase 1 and is the landowner for Phase 2 of the Manor Road Quarter.
